Mini Roo & Club information
This coming Saturday 26th is our Mini Roo/club information day. If you have previously registered with our club on the 2 rego days can you please attend the following times below.

Team lists will be available on the day and coaches/managers will need to be selected by teams and handed in for club records.
Uniforms will also be available if you need to purchase/order them.
Saturday 26th February – Miniroo Info Day Team Times

9:30am – U7
10am – U8
10:30am – U9
11am – U10 and U11
11:30am – Defib training (which is compulsory for U6 Managers & Coaches but open to all)

Last call for players too , so if you know any players in the Ages shown please let them know to contact the club before this Friday afternoon.
Please , please register on playfootball.com.au before attending if not registered and make sure to use your active kids voucher through Service NSW if required but remember not to pay anything online and pay the difference via cash/card at the club on the day.

Well never fear day two is near !!!!!!
Our next and final club Registration Day is Saturday 19th February 10-2pm at Cawley Park , Russell Vale.
Please remember to register on playfootball.com.au (below is the club link ) and do not pay anything online other than the Active Kids voucher , which redeemable through Service NSW.
Club uniforms are also available on the day so size up your young Cobra Kid and see if they need the next size up, new socks or one of our beautifully designed Hoodies or Hats 🔥🐍

Welcome to Russell Vale Junior Football Club
The Committee of Russell Vale JFC welcome you to register with us for the 2022 season.
As of now you will be able to register on the www.playfootball.com.au website and follow the link below
Then once you have done that join us on our rego days (dates below)
New players in all age groups Girls and Boys are always welcome.
Please ensure you register for the age you are turning in 2022.
After completing the registration form you are required to attend one of the following registration dates at Cawley Park Clubhouse, Russell Vale with your invoice and pay for the registration, after registering online (DO NOT PAY ANYTHING ONLINE!!! ):

Merry Christmas 2021!!

On behalf of everyone on the RVJFC Committee we would like to wish everyone a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year !!!!
2021 has been a tricky sort of year with interruptions all round due to our old mate global pandemic Covid19 and its many strands but we managed to get a few games earlier this year and now its time to start living again and hope 2022 brings new and happy times!!
We would like to thank our clubs sponsors for sticking with us and hopefully into the future

Hello Russell Vale Cobra Community!
As you have probably figured out by now ,our 2021 season has been cancelled due to Covid-19 and the NSW Governments restrictions. After having so many lockdowns and extensions it was the safe thing to do for all of our players and families but at least we got through the first 10 rounds and hopefully they created some great memories for the kids and hopefully enough for them to comeback in 2022 !!!
On behalf of the Russell Vale Junior Football Club committee and community we would like to thank all of our Players , Families , Volunteers ,Junior Referee’s and anyone else who has helped throughout the year to make the club as great as it is! Teamwork makes the dreamwork and that’s what RVJFC is all about so THANK YOU !! 🐍🐍🐍🐍🐍

RVJFC COVID-19 UPDATE

Attached is the latest details about the 2021 season and beyond from Football South Coast.

Unfortunately the situation has changed quite rapidly within the last week and since meetings with clubs, and with the increasingly high number of COVID cases and the likelihood of further lockdown extensions, it is extremely unlikely that our competitions will resume.
If there is any chance of football resuming under the Public Health Order (as per attached calendar), FSC and member clubs acknowledge the need to provide football for the mental and physical health and well-being of our community, therefore there may be a possibility (albeit an ever reducing one) of facilitating friendly games for interested clubs and based on ground availability.
Please refer to the below link which will provide information in relation to:
– Football activity resumption dates based on feedback from clubs and Football Councils and as mentioned, regrettably, this is looking less and less likely to occur
– Decisions around League Champions and Promotion / Relegation
– Fee structures, we request any further queries be directed to your clubs in the first instance.

COVID-19 UPDATE

The following changes will be in play till at least next Thursday 1/7/21
Main Points are below and review the additional notes below:-
* Anyone attending football matches or training MUST wear a mask EXCEPT children under 12. Including spectators, coaches, managers, substitutes etc.
* Parents and spectators are asked to limit attendance where possible.
* Social activity before and after is discouraged. We recommend arrival on-time prior and departure soon after games.
* Restrictions on movements who either live or work in seven named LGAs (Bayside, City of Sydney, Canada Bay, Inner West, Randwick, Waverley and Woollahra)
* Capacity restrictions now apply so that spaces must have no more than one person per 4 metres squared, and masking also applies.
Additional to these items we have made the following changes to home games this weekend:-
* There will be no BBQ this weekend and it will be replaced with the coffee machine being setup outside for the BBQ duty.
* Please ensure that the COVID message is read to ensure compliance at our home ground.
* Please keep the change rooms closed.
– We have purchased additional masks which have been placed in the canteen if anyone forgets their own but we expect all people at Cawley Park to be wearing a mask.
– Gloves are to be worn in the canteen
– Use the ‘one serve’ sauce packages
Wear your mask, practice social distancing, and if you’re unwell, get tested and then stay home.
