Hi Everyone,

I have received an official invitation for RVJFC to march in and attend WBRSL Sub Branch ANZAC Marches and Services.

They conduct 2 events;

1. Sunday April 15. All parties assemble in the Franklins Car Park, Russell Street, Woonona at 10:45am for a 11am service and march.

2. Wednesday April 25. Same location time 5:45am.

They conduct the Sunday march for their older members who are to frail to attend the early morning service and allow people to engage in the event who cant due to the eraly ANZAC Day start time.

With the majority of us having younger children, I will be attending with Angus and Finlay in our club uniforms for the Sunday April 15 event. I welcome all other RVJFC members to join Brooke, Angus, Finlay and I.

If you could all pass onto the parents in your teams and if any body who is attending please advise myself by Wednesday April 11.

Further, if anybody or groups are wishing to attend the April 25 event, please let me know also.

I think this is a very important community event, keeping in mind we are members of the WBRSL Memorial Sports Council who do provide RVJFC with sponsorship.
