Hi Guys,

I have spoken to Michael, and no one has got back to me with issues re the proposed Sat Duty Roster, therefore the U9’s have duty day on Sat April 28.

We will need a Chief Ground Marshall in place from about 7:45 to the completion of last U6 fixture approx 11:15.

U9’s responsible for setting up U9 field, U6’s responsible for setting up 4xU6 fields on Main Field

Will need one person in the canteen from about 730am then 2 from about 830 through to 1130

Will be great if we can get BBQ up and running therefore will need one person to cook from about 8:00 through to about 11:00

Big Day for the U9’s. We may need to rain in abit of help from the U6’s if we cant fill all positions. Let me know how you go.
