The season is into the last stages after the school holidays with Rd14 being conducted this weekend 16/17 July. The last Round is Rd18 on 13/14 Aug. The Comp teams then go into finals mode with the Grand Final weekend scheduled for 3rd & 4th of Sept at Balgownie. At this stage we have a few prospects to try and emulate the unbelievable success of last year. With all that being said the dates for SSG teams and Competition Teams presentation days have been set. They are as follows;

# SSG Teams (U6,U7,U8 & U9) – Saturday 20th August 10:30am at Russell Vale Community Hall. All players will be provided with a sausage sizzle and a lollie bag. We will set up some goals for the kids to kick around in along with the wonderful parklands for the kids to explore while Mum and Dad and supporters relive the season that was.

# Competition teams (10A’s, 10B’s, U12, 12Girls, 14Girls and U16) – Friday 23rd September 6pm at Russell Vale Community Hall. All players and supporters will be provided with a sausage sizzle. We will organise a Juke Box (with Karaoke!!!!!) And people are encouraged to bring nibbles and refreshments and celebrate the end of the season. Parents and supporters from SSG teams are more than welcome to attend if they dont have children in comp teams but want to come and socialise with the rest of us in our end of season club function.

The committee hopes these dates are acceptable to the majority of people out there but if there is a major concern please let us know and we will see what we can do.

Could all Coaches and Managers pass this information onto your parents, supporters and players.

Garry or I will be in contact shortly about the end of season awards for Competition teams.
